Quality Assurance Assistant at Dnata Singapore Pte Ltd

1. Conducted monthly internal audits at NUH for the catering sector 
2. Reviewed and helped to improve NUH catering on their food production flow involving food safety by working interdisciplinary with the chefs, dietitians, and food service operational staff 
3. Handled food complaints from different airlines and the NUH catering sector, helping to determine the root cause and offering preventative measures.
4.  Conducted hygiene inspections in production areas, ensuring CCP compliance and good manufacturing practices
5.  Performed inspections of products at the end of processing to ensure quality meals were produced according to company and customer specifications
6.  Completed 2 menu cycles of allergen declaration for British Airways and helped to review the allergen declaration system for dnata 
7. Performed laboratory work, including microbiology testing, calibration, media preparation, and result documentation, for internal and external locations, and met the company's monthly KPI for the lab.
