Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my bio. My name is Samuel and I considered myself as someonewho is responsible and adaptable to any environment fast. 

During my past working experience, I worked as a UAT tester and i-security engineer. Both are different fields of work but it brings me joy as i get to learn in different aspect of works. 

For UAT tester, I worked for 5-6 projects to troubleshoot and find bugs to break the system. This allows us to find the potential bugs that need to be fix before production go live which is fun and tough. 

Next, for my security engineer role, I worked with about 5-6 clients and help them to implement the best solution for their enterprise security environment and do the setup for them to ensure their environment is safe from threat. 

As of now, I am trying to pursue UI/UX designer role. I considered myself as a detailed and creative person. Hence, this field of work would allow me to showcase my talent and boost my confident.

Worked as a UAT tester for around 3 years and security engineer 1 year. 

UAT Tester

• Identified total of 1000+ test scenarios and cases on 6 different projects.
• Provided manual and automation for desktop and mobile testing.
• Assigned as an onboarding coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding process within the companies.
• Prepared built in documentation for operation owners to read up for hand over.
• Assigned as the main tester to ensure the defects is resolved without issues and provide close off with the clients.

Security Engineer 

• Implementation and provides adviced for 6 projects on the work of scope.
• Installation and configuration of antivirus products for 6 projects.
• Followed up with the clients during requirements gathering and run UAT session with the business users.
• Conducted knowledge transfer to teach and guide the operation owners.
• Prepared built in documentation for operation owners to read up for hand over.
• Standby support and provide troubleshooting for antivirus products.

I am currently studying part time degree in Business Analytics at SUSS. I am planning to graduate by 2023.

My highest qualifications are Diploma and Specialist Diploma.
