Contributed to enhancing user engagement and acquisition by leveraging PowerBI, SQL, and Excel for app performance analysis and user preference studies.
 

Data Intern @ Workforce Singapore  2022

Took the lead on a digitalization project which involved in-depth evaluation of existing grant policies and liaising with numerous stakeholders. I also conducted Excel analysis to transform and pre-process raw client data to uncover meaningful insights into clients’ choices and patterns, which were then converted into graphs for easy visualization and comprehension.
