I aim to attain a new leadership role where I could increase my professional knowledge and experience as a Security Manager.  In my humble 15 years of experience in the security industry specialized in investigations, I have learned to understand the overview of the manufacturing, retail and hospitality operations and the business. Now, I am aspired to take a leap from my current role to pursue a more challenging and refreshing role for my career growth. Key Responsibilities:   

§ Manage a team of 8 members 

§ Plan, direct and coordinate security activities to safeguard company’s assets.  

§ Prepare and Plan deployment roster and leave planning for the team members using Info tech systems. 

§ Plan and Prepare monthly security budget for the department head to review. 

§ Manage the team’s Key roles and Responsibilities via monthly audits. 

§ Personal Key Responsible Audits (Department Budget, CCTV Management, Electronic and Physical Key Press   Management, Monthly Security Statistic Report, File and Documentation Maintenance and Learning Coach).   

§ Actively involved in developing local security SOP for property. 

§ Responsible for staff members’ well-being & performance to ensure consistent service delivery. 

§ Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.  

§ Certified CERT Member and Site Incident Controller.
