Sarah Lee

I am skilled with sales, marketing and business development skills. This includes managing P&L for the business unit ($20m in revenues), developing strategy, building teams, achieving business targets and senior stakeholder management. 

I am equipped with cross-vertical experience and pan region work and leads teams of teams of up to (15 people).

I had worked for Airbus for 4 years as a BU leader in digital solutions for APAC and China. Most recently, I am Head of Strategy and Transformation, focused on building regional strategy for the APAC region across divisions, in particular Airbus Commercial.

Prior to that I had 12 years of experience in the telecommunications sector mainly in sales and marketing, key account management (with operational responsibilities including customer and bid management,  operations and delivery and customer).

I am trained in International Business Management with a Diploma in Law. Over the years, I have developed myself in leadership and management training. Currently pursuing training to improve my strategic and critical thinking skills.
