This was a part-time/casual job I am currently undergoing, where I am waiting tables and helping out with the kitchen usually on night shifts. This job is teaching me hospitality skills and customer service skills which will allow me to further develop towards my goals. This is where I first started learning skills behind the bar and in hospitality in general. 

Waitress/Bartending, Hunter & Barrel; Perth, Australia - January 2021 to June 2022

A casual job at a fast paced restaurant and bar. In this job I learned how to make a variety of different cocktails, and also learned how to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours of the restaurant, with sometimes over 200 customers coming in during one night shift. This position allowed me to work behind the bar for long periods of time, with key skills being efficiency and communication between other co-workers. This job also allowed me to learn more information about alcohol itself such as tasting notes for whiskeys, wines, and others.
