Achievements:

  • Played a key role in sourcing the vendors to implement the Sales booster system integrated with Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment involved in managing administrative aspects like user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine activities.
  • Work as a point of contact between the users, vendors, and the application development teams. Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data. Prepare and present reports for sales and other departments to enable senior management decision-making.
  • Rendered internal IT support including handling employee queries and resolving IT-related issues.
  • Cater to inbound service requests from internal staff. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners including accounts for new users. 
  • Focus on enhancing up time of the computer systems and networks. Maintain updated company website, and update knowledge on Synology NAS storage.
  • Accountable for research, organization nuances, customization of application; scheduled the call with the development team and drove the requirement.

    shipments.
