  • Established the Educational Therapy in Mathematics intervention programmes catering to individual students diagnosed with a spectrum of learning differences ages 6 to 17.
  • Responsibilities mainly consist of instructional planning and delivery of tier-three differentiated evidence-based therapy sessions including those conducted on school campus catering to the individual learning needs based on data from psychometric reports and findings from the self-constructed diagnostic assessments.
  • Provides a supportive student-centred environment by using multi-sensory manipulative materials targeted at strengthening the students’ conceptual understanding, developing problem-solving skills, and improving their self-confidence.
  • Document and share each student’s well-being and progress with a brief outline after every session through email correspondence with parents, learning support teachers and class teachers.
  • Attends multi-disciplinary meetings with parents, psychologists, learning support teachers and class teachers whenever required.
