Production technician in Asm pacific technology

  • Perform machine calibration and module alignment.
  •  Assist the engineer in quality assurance test from the machine physical to system software.
  • perform troubleshooting for malfunction machine to create report for the root cause. 
  • Checking the equipments parameters are within specifications and tolerances.  
  • Debugged codes with program software.
  • Conduct sample bonding, customer device bonding and commencing customer buy-off
  • Running system entry of parts after every lot completion on timely basis

Production technician in Thermofisher

  • Assmebly and troubleshooting of pcr testing machine.
  • Execute improvement activites on quality and work progress. 
  • Perform wirebonding for internal disc plate.
  •  Packing and conducting stock check for every batches of machines that are ready for shipping.

  • Representing the shcool to ocllaborate with the company on the new machine development
  • Setting up machine programs to satisfy needs of clients
  • Design new sample jigs and fixture for testing

  • Helping out the school team to enhance their products by advising the existing margins of error

Attained Diploma in mechanical engineering from singapore polytechnic specializing in precision engineering and machine design
