Significant highlights in my marine experience
  • Projects involved are FPSO, FSO, FSRU, Jackup drilling rigs, multi-purpose supply vessel, Ropax ferry, harbour tug boats, AHT supply / safety standby vessel.
  • Performed as Engineering Coordinator for FPSO project.
  • Design & detailing and modelling of Hull structure of all vessels, Helideck support structure, Crane mast support structure, Radar and Antenna mast, flare boom & foundations, life boat support platforms, offloading hose reel equipment foundation, ROV platform & foundation, Support for engine exhaust pipe with silencers in funnel duct, fenders arrangement and hooking accessories, towing accessories handling platform with heavy lift padeye provision, staircase and ladder arrangement as requirement. Sea fasting for equipment’s & as required for components.
  • Familiar with Tugger winches, Mooring winches, anchor windlass, chain stoppers, Off- loading equipment’s, Pumps & motors, Air Compressors & air receivers, Hydraulic Power Units & Other Marine equipment’s. Equipment Foundation design and detailing
  • Layout for General Arrangement, Equipment’s Layout, Accommodation Layout, Lifesaving equipment’s arrangement, Fire and safety control plan, Helideck layout plans, high & low pressure pipeline supports. Equipment procurement with technical specification preparation along with technical bid evaluation for packages
  • Technical writing for equipment’s operating procedures, heavy lift sequence activities, production procedures, etc..., PUWER check list preparation, perform structure calculations as required,
  • Aveva trained and certified in E3D structure modelling and E3D draw
  • Assisted Aveva admin team by creating new profile specification for steel works as project requirement in Aveva Paragon. Guided the Aveva Admin team to develop outfitting customized utilities for steel profile library, Material handling lifting lugs (pad eyes) & monorails, vertical ladders with safety cage, multiple angle stair cases, different types of manhole covers etc...
  • The FPSO life span is extended by structure reinforcements, the structure modification and updates are done as per the survey analysis reports.
