Service Desk ID Admin / SingHealth (Nityo Info tech)

  • Support users from onsite to activate or trouble shooting their work applications accounts.
  • Escalate the tickets to Deskside support, other ID admin teams and other supported teams according to the relevant issues.
  • Creating tickets and following up with users and other teams till the issue gets resolved.
  • Support users through online phone calls and emails.
  • Working in the 24*7 shifts including Saturday and Sundays.
  • Working on the cases according to the SOP provided to the team.
  • Managing multiple users, vendors with the email and through chat systems
  • Updating and following up on multiple applications with SOP and then initializing with the users during troubleshooting
  • Working on the tools like SAP, Active Directory, LAPS UI, Bit locker Recovery for the troubleshooting
  • Creating work profile accounts for Doctors, Nurses, and VIP’s regarding the applications like ADID, SAP, H-mail, SCM.
