Key Responsibilities: Work Closely with Government agency and ACE in managing the FWs during Covid 19 pandemic

Manage and supervise  3rd Party contractors 

Identify, collate and schedule works for in-house DMSS  workers.

Conduct monthly unit Hygiene/Maintenance Unit Inspection and generate the overall unit report.

Understand and follow up the MOM FEDA Standards and Regulations 

Calling for quotations

Conduct renewal/reinstatement/handover/takeover work (carried out inspections) and liaise with contractors

Attend and assist government agencies and VIP on their visits/inspection such as MOM, NEA and JTC. 

Attend and rectify to MOM Dorm watch complaints.
