Jobs Scope :

Had been at 5 various departments that are emphasis below ;

1.      Bondhead

2.      Integrate table (Assemble the parts)

3.      Wirebonding (MI)

4.      Power Up Station

5.      Final Test

Bondhead :

l  At bondhead department obtain the various type of models from suppliers.

l  Everyday, we do receive different type of models from the customer.

l  Materialize the models according to the job order number and customer requirements.

l  Build the models with use many types of subparts.

Integrate Table

l  Obtain the heavy materials from supplier and first mainline build the tables based on customer requirement.

l  Second mainline build the full completed system . Once, handover by first mainline.

l  Second mainline build one complete system receive the subparts from the bondhead department.

l  Materialize the tables according to the models and part number.

l  Once, assembled the tables and had done the testing handover to wirebonding station.

Wirebonding

l  Arrange and fixed the wires based on what type of models we had manipulating?

l  Moreover, fixed the wires at designated place have to tighen the wires and drilled in based on the wire direction.

l  Key in the system all kind of wire part numbers and have to scan the labels.

Power Up Station

l  Connects the testing point on the middle surface.

l  Adjusting the level of parallel line on the middle surface area.

Final Test

l  Receive the machines from power up stations have to calibrate the encorder test .

l  Once, had done the encorder test if result display on the scanner turns to green light it means that the machine 

ready to move for shipment.

l  Unless , at the final test that the calibrate testing machine if turns to red light which means have to change the

encorder wire testing until the testing machine turn to green light.
