  • Data Entries and assist in daily accounting functions 
  • Processing the Admin related payments 
  • Processing Drivers Over Time payments 
  • Processing Project related payments 
  • Handling employees’ expenses claims 
  • Preparing cheques, payment vouchers, journals 
  • Proper filing of Account documents 
  • Ensuring all the payments/expenses tally with the ledger balance 
  • Reconciling the bank accounts & General Ledger 
  • Updating Fixed Assets Register & calculating assets depreciation 
  • Calculating Money Market Interests 
  • Transferring company funds among company’s bank A/Cs 
  • Reconciling Advance Schedule & tally with ledger 
  • Reconciling Intercompany Account 
  • Issuing debit notes and credit notes 
  •  Handling petty cash 
  • Liaising with Internal & External Auditors on Annual Audit 
  • Engaging with monthly account closing & year end closing 
  •  Performing other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Education

  • Completed Master of Professional Accounting degree
  • Completed BBM in Entrepreneurship & Management degree
