Shi Min Yow

Having graduated with a Degree in Business Management have given me a touch on all different functional aspects in an organization. I have a great passion in analyzing company's needs and managing employees. Being a HR executive for 2 years have taught me how to how to handle the start to end of employee life cycle, handle employee grievances, familiarize with the proper system of HR functions and employment act in Singapore. With the frequent need to generate company reports, I have familiarize myself greatly with MS excel formulas and functions. 

Being a HR Executive in a Facilities Management company have opened my eye to the facilities services sector whereby company's processes and benefits have to strictly align with the often changing labour laws and market rate. Other than handling daily operations such as preparation of contracts and letters, it is also my job to generate company reports such as headcount and incident reports to determine on the health of company strength, analyze on the underlying causes and how to improve on the compensation and benefits. 

Graduated with both a Degree and Diploma in Business Management, i have gotten to learn on all the different aspects of business such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Logistics etc. This have provided me a clear picture on how the different functions in an organization works to support each other.
