Hi, I'm currently pursuing my master degree of Business Analytics in SMU. I worked as an digital advertising intern in Shopee before, which aroused my interest in analytics and led me to SMU. I have completed several data analytics projects of Excel, Python and JMP and my future plan is to become a data analyst and data scientist.

1. Analyzed sales data from the dashboard and directed Pay Per Click (PPC) adjustment on advertising keywords , generating over 110,000 SGD sales revenue for about 50 customers
2. Guided over 100 clients to utilize data dashboard to target and to measure advertising campaigns on Shopee platform
3. Led project team of four in optimizing customer experience by adding essential information on landing page and modifying telephone contact SOP
4. Launched "Shopee University" project, creating a series of courses educating Shopee platform sellers on better selling strategies; reduced churn rate from 50% to 25%

1. Initiated Search Engine Optimization (SEO) project to improve Google search ranking of company web page, bringing ranking from fourth to first place; built a blog to enhance company visibility and increase website traffic by 40%
