APAC Marketing (core role) which consists but not limited to:

 Influencer Marketing:

  • Partner with influencers, KOLs and TikTok Creators/Educators, to create engaging organic content and building strong and genuine relationships with the influencer community, new and current.
  • Have built very strong connections with the mainstream as well as emerging creators in SEA and India
  • Emerged as a highly recommended brand ambassador and able to command organic collaborations due to my influencer management and relationship skills
  • Track campaign performance, seeding outcomes, identify top-performing influencers and stay updated with social media trends and platforms to ensure content relevance.
  • Collaborated with TikTok Singapore & TikTok Philippines teams to create platform engaging campaigns aligned with 
  • Team Collaboration: Liaising with Social media, E-Commerce, Content Creation teams to get support on design assets and materials for both offline & digital activations

 

 Event Management

  • Event Concept & Planning: Developing event concepts, themes, and schedules for the APAC region. 
  • Budget Management: Creating and managing event budgets and mapping post event reports to suggest revision or reallocation in budgets
  • Venue Selection & Vendor Management: Research and Select, appropriate on-brand venues that fit the event's requirements. Negotiating contracts and manage relationships with partner vendors
  • Marketing and Promotion: Designing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to generate pre-event publicity and achieve maximum attendance.
  • Logistics: Overseeing the logistics, including transportation, delivery of all event props and production items, pre-event equipment setup and post event tear-down, and eventual handover back to venue/site vendor.
  • On-site Management & Team Supervision: Leading and managing a team of staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution. Mitigate any issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to address any issues that may arise. Ensuring all events comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conducting post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, analyse social media analytics and study the performance and identify areas for improvement.

 

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identified and successfully executed collaborative opportunities with businesses in Fashion, Media, Luxury, Fitness, Wellness, Parenting, Education, Hospitality & F&B, Hotels, Tourism, Social Media Platforms as well as Government led initiatives
  • Generated partnerships leads from existing relationships and converted the same to fruitful collaborations

  • Joined as the inaugural employee for the Singapore office, collaborating closely with the founder & CEO
  • Managed the establishment of the new office and facilitated the recruitment process for building a comprehensive team across all business functions
