I grew up with most family member in the security and police force. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and I see learning as a lifelong commitment.  I am very customer oriented thus that is why I want to change my job to a customer service and support for further career.

Currently wirking as a call center agent , previous I was in security, auxiliary police department my mission is  to  be an all-rounder customer personnel, gaining competitive advantage through lifelong learning, constant upgrading, exploring new alternatives and methodology, networking with fellow industry peers and learning from past industry professionals.
