- Collaborated with the Head of Growth to ideate and identify 6 new Partnership channels.
- Used Excel and PowerPoint to present insights through line-graphs and pie-charts to Head of Growth and Partnerships Manager.
- Qualified over 150 leads by doing research on SimilarWeb and LinkedIn, and converted 5 of them into meetings.
- Nurtured leads by writing content for monthly emails through Active Campaign (CRM).

- Used Gravity Forms to connect Handprint’s website to Active Campaign (CRM) by communicating with the Content team and creating relevant feeds on Handprint’s Wordpress admin panel. This reduced manual transfer of data, saving potentially 12 hours a month.
- Worked with Head of Content to write a blog article by interviewing CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Impact Officer to capture the details of how they met to found the company. The article is expected to boost employee morale within Handprint.

Business Analyst (Internship)
- Worked with the CEO and Head of Strategy to document Intellect’s revenue and performance for investor fundraising, and plan the sales strategy for 2022 by building a KPI calculator on Excel.
- One of three people that closed B2B deals with 6 companies bringing in SGD 60,920 in revenue.
- Used Figma to create proposals while liaising with B2B team to decide on inclusions and costs.
- Retained leads with consistent follow-ups and emails, helped them set up demo accounts, and provided them with information on market research.
- Drafted LOEs, and used DocuSign to obtain signatures from decision makers and close deals.
- Converted 7 outbound leads into meetings with outreach campaigns and follow-ups to over 800 companies using Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Created 4 hyper-personalised email templates by doing research on Hubspot’s blog and Youtube.
- My emails have an average open rate of 38.5%.
