SHIPPING COORDINATOR IMPORT/EXPORT 

CCM CHEMICALS SDN BHD- 12 YEARS

 

Working within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products

Maintain regular communication with the Production Team to finalise and confirm the weekly production schedule based on customer requirements and available material stocks

Coordinated work schedules and assigned duties, managing personnel and materials to meet workload

Preparing monthly report for import and export.

Preparing complete sets of shipping document (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, insurance, shipping instruction, fumigation certificate and etc.) and liaise with shipping forwarding agent

Manage full set export shipments and monitor delivery closely

Ensure export shipments are loaded as per instructions.

Ensure export shipments are hand over smoothly at destination.

Coordinate with customers, sales, production, QC, Service team and suppliers

Order processing / delivery coordination / Invoice verification

Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers & shipments

Liaise and follow up internally and with forwarders / carriers for shipment

Education

Purchasing Assistant - Certificate 

Shipping Incoterms - Training
