• Was actively involved in the trials and introduction of various platforms and simulators for training
• Appointed as Team Leader in various WITs (Work Improvement Team) projects which were unveiled during official events in the SAF & Army, of which some were eventually implemented
• Assisted in planning and executing proper and timely developmental improvements of regular servicemen in the unit, involving them to attend relevant upgrading courses and certifications
