• Creating documentation for development (functional Specifications, requirement gathering, Phase Sign Off).
• Understand the requirement from customer if there is any add-ons or customization and provide the solutions
• Create the FSD documents and hand over to technical team for development.
• Responsible for overall design, development, UAT, training and Go-Live of the projects within the schedule and budget.
