I am Revathi Sridhar from India currently residing in Singapore under a Long-Term Visit Pass with valid permit to work (NOC) issued by the MOM.

I have completed my Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery in the year of 2008.

I have worked as Staff Nurse at Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, (No.13-A, Pondy-Villupuram Main Road, Ariyur, Puducherry, India) from June 2008 to December 2009.  (1.5 years).

I am willing to take up the entry level positions as well.

Kindly consider my application for any suitable position in the Nursing department which would be a great help to me.

Once I get an offer of employment, I will enrol and register my Nursing Certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board.

• Worked in Eye, ENT and Obstetrics and Gynecology Surgical Operation Theatres.

• Worked in Medical and Surgery ward.

• Checking vital signs.

• Maintain intake and output chart.

• Administration of injection as prescription.

• Administration medicines as prescription.

• Catheter care.

• Prenatal and Postnatal care.
