Stephenne Sheane Randall Albano

Stephenne Sheane Randall Albano currently works for Arckopolis as a Remote IT Technical Support Specialist (web, software, and data engineer), and he is also a Business Cost Analyst Delivery Management Operations for Globe Telecom Inc. in the Philippines. During his time in Accenture, he has three years of experience in Telecom Expense Management, one year of experience in Customer Service Tech Support, and three years of experience as an agile Part-Time Tech Master who supports projects within the organization to eliminate repetitive tasks using RPA methodology and tools such as Automation Anywhere and Excel Macro.

He graduated in April 2017 with a GPA of 2.3. In November 2018, he joined Accenture Philippines as an IT Operation Associate for Telecom Expense Management. With the unforeseeable event, the client reclaimed the process as part of their cost-cutting measures. After three years as an IT Operations Associate, he was transferred to a new project in January 2021 that handled customer service tech support. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree from Divine Word College of Laoag.

As a general IT administrator and supporter for both the company and the client, I provide technical support for web, software, and data engineering projects. I solely work remotely with the companies' clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues. The company primarily targets individuals who needs on creating their own websites, promoting their businesses, and developing software or tools to help their businesses grow during the deployment. The system is a web-based system that focuses on inventory management of all scientific tools and chemical samples. The system has a complete function of Creat, Read, Update, Delete C.R.U.D. - Capstone Project
