About Stesha Wong:
✨ I build ecosystems where partnerships, storytelling, and strategy meet to drive meaningful, measurable impact.
I began in communications, crafting narratives for fintechs and startups at HZ Capital and Finn Partners. At Maximum, a global employer branding consultancy, I led strategic partnerships and developed insight-led tools like a 39-metric BFSI Employer Brand Health Report to help companies better attract and retain talent across Asia.
Driven by a desire to make a more personal impact, I earned my CELTA from Cambridge and founded The Thrive Theory, an education practice supporting students often excluded by traditional systems. Teaching sharpened my skill for translating complex ideas into clear, actionable solutions - whether in classrooms or boardrooms.
What ties it all together? I’m a partnerships builder fluent across sectors who's equally at ease with C-suites, educators, donors, or policymakers. I’ve been the strategist, educator, and consultant, and each role deepened my understanding of what drives people, purpose, and performance.
Now, I’m looking to apply this foundation to roles at the intersection of philanthropy, education, sustainability, and innovation. I’m especially drawn to missions that promote equity, climate resilience, and systemic change through bold, human-centred partnerships.
🌍 If you’re building something purposeful and future-facing, I’d love to help shape what’s next.
Experience
I have led partnership development efforts involving global organisations, where I conducted market research, prepared proposals, managed negotiations and supported the implementation of collaborative programmes. I have worked with partners across Singapore, China and the wider Asia region, which has strengthened my cross-cultural communication skills and my ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
My roles have also required careful coordination of international visits, preparation of briefing materials for leadership, and administration of partnership documentation. I am experienced in maintaining accurate engagement records, managing Memoranda of Understanding, and supporting reporting requirements to ensure alignment with organisational policies and government expectations.
Through these responsibilities, I have developed a strong foundation in strategic relationship management, programme coordination, communication and administrative rigour. These competencies enable me to contribute effectively to international relations and global partnership functions.
Education
Completed the University of Cambridge CELTA certification and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Communications from RMIT, providing a strong foundation in communication, instruction and cross-cultural engagement.
