 As a pilates instructor with prior experience as a flight attendant, I am able to bring a unique perspective to my teachings. I approach each session with a focus on creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere, utilizing my customer service skills from my previous career to create a welcoming and supportive environment for my clients. Through my knowledge and expertise in pilates, I am able to guide individuals of all fitness levels towards their goals and help them achieve their personal best.
