I’m currently looking job vacancy for customer service executive. I had almost 4 years experience in this field.
Experience
Handle incoming calls (Singapore clients) and outbound calls. - Handles escalations to finance department regarding refund inquiry via email. - Handle live chats. - Help newbies to improve their product knowledge and communication skills. - After 3 months, promoted to the person in charge for the Merchant department which needed to handle inquiries from Merchants. - Handle technical calls for the merchants having terminal issues. - Attending to the manager calls and manager escalations if customer needed high authority assistance. - Check agent’s status if Team leaders are away from office. - Need to make slight adjustment in agent’s schedule to manage SLA during high volume of calls. Serve the customer face to face. - Assist with troubleshooting if the customer has any device issue. - Increase the number of sales. - Handle opening and closing of the store sales. - Assist with sales recon. - Credit the sales payment to the company account after shift ends. - Guide customers to purchase online. - Managed to received excellent google reviews from customer
