Company Name : GUTHRIE ENGINEERING PTE LTD Designation : DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER Working Period : OCT 2018 TO FEB 2021 • Overall in charge and management of Electrical Installation and Maintenance works schedule for Land Transport Authority (LTA) Street Lighting Project (Worth 86 Million 6 years Contract). Previously took over LTA Street Lighting (64 Million North Zone Contract) ended 2019. • Coordinate with local authorities, utility and service providers on all matter relating to the works and make application in order to obtain permits as required for the execution works. • Manage the Project Team to ensure all works executed on site are according to specification, quality of works and safety precautions are followed as per approved safety plan. • Plan materials/resources delivery to meet the project requirements • Manage/review change request, prepare quotes/implement changes, with support from project team as required • Perform visit sites to survey to ensure the quality of installations is according to project specification • Review the project progress and present to the Management and clients on the opportunities and risks ahead • Establish guidelines and monitor sub-contractors’ performance to ensure guidelines are adhered • Serve as prime interface with customers and project team on all project contractual matters • Building and sustaining relationships proactively with Clients (LTA) and sub-contractors. • Reviewing project proposal or plan to fully understand the scope of the work and contract to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedure for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project under general supervision. • Conferring and advising project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties and responsibilities Monitoring the planning, development, implementation, construction and testing activities and reports on issues, delays and changes or concerns to management
