- Perform swab procedures  (PCR and ART)  to collect specimens for testing. 
- Assist with preparation of specimen collection, handling of the antigen test kits (ART) and PCR. 
• Conduct swab procedures (PCR or ART)  in a single swab manner. 
• Prepare and screen participants for any potential contraindications prior to conducting a swab. 
• Ensure a smooth and comfortable swab experience for participants
• Manage the specimen collection appropriately, ensuring correct labelling and bagging of the specimen
- Reading, recording and reporting of swab results thru MOH Patient Risk Profile Portal (PRPP).
• Practise fastidious infection control and hygiene at all times
• Deliver upon expected service times and Key Performance Indicators
• Perform and support any other duties as assigned

- Perform Nasopharyngeal Swab Procedure, Oropharyngeal Swab Procedure, Mid Turbinate Swab Procedure, Nasal Mid Turbinate Swab Procedure, Anterior Nasal Swab Procedure, Antigen Rapid Test (BD Veritor) from persons refereed for Testing.
- Completion of associated administration during the testing process; confirm patient name & identity no; label tubes, package swab tubes etc..
- Assist with preparation of specimen collection.
- Follow and ensure the Infection control at Swab Operation.
- Training for PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Mask-fitting using 3M™ Health Care Particulate Respirator and Surgical Mask, N95 (1860S, Small).
- Trained and assessment by healthcare professionals under HPB as follow;
 • Nasopharyngeal Swab 
   (Passed assessment on 24 May 2020) 
 • Oropharyngeal and Bilateral Mid-Turbinate Swab 
(Passed the assessment on 28 Sep 2020) 
 Swab Registration System(SRS) under HPB 
(Passed the assessment on 2 Jun 2020) 

- Basic in Microsoft Office Skills (Word and Excel)
- Familiar with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
- Written and Spoken in English and Chinese
