I know how to do basic level 1 troubleshooting of laptop, desktop, network and printer issue and I also know how to do imaging of new laptop and reimaging of old laptop also and I also know how to do data transfer from old laptop to new laptop and I also know how to mapped network drive and network printer also and I also know how to use service now software to close ticket also and I also know how to use active directory to unlock user account.
