• Senior Engineer In-Charge. I am responsible for smooth management of technical and operations support to client’s (SAF) operational systems, satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement. Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the various technical aspect of the system maintenance is also part of my role. I am responsible for managing a group of 15 engineers to perform routine preventive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and operational activities promptly and efficiently.

• Client and Vendor Management. I act as the main point of contact to clients and vendors for any operational matter, incident and necessary follow-up actions required. I am responsible for providing technical and service-related reports to client and management team, as well as attending any system maintenance reviews and technical discussion as and when required.
