• Receiving the document and sorting correct document to the scanning area
• Scanning and indexing for the customer detail in the system
• Quality check the customer detail in the system is correct to process smoothly
• Prepare those document like retail loan,debit card and credit card etc
• Doing data entry in the excelsheet
• Email the wrongly discrepancy to other department to identify the correct detail
• Do Assigment test and performance report during the 6month and 1year end
