2013 sept ,I was sending to Belgium mother plant for one month before ME5 start up .intensive classroom and plant training was conducted by our production manager and support by his experience team members.
2014 April , i was put on shift ,precommisioning and start up plant with the start up support team . this was a wounderfull experience that we gain the actual hand on experience to commission the plant equipment with their supervision
As a process control tech , i need to go throught VPS training ,field jobs training in different section . taking the test in each section ,past the test and qualify to work in all section . we are partice permit to work system in our company , pct need to assist shift team lead issure the work permit during normal plant operation or shut down time .my main duties involded in ensure plant smooth operation , target process quality ,ensure safe work procedure was follow up for all activities involve.
With giving opportunity to performance acting stl , I learn how to handle both plant ME 5 & ME6 IN term of manpower managing, process knowledge apply in troubleshooting and starting up of new equipment. Working hand in hand with the start up specialist, learning from each other, , sharing knowledge to the team, get constant feedback, safety topic in the toolbox meeting. Attending production meeting, take instruction and planning the work flow for the team. Frequent checking of plant, housekeeping, safety observations of activities in the plant, that will help us to create ZERO ACCIDENT, ZERO LOST TIME INJURY work place.
On the 13 Aug. 2019, I was internal transfer to CNS unit for the role of Shift Team Leader,, this unit production of MMP-CN Storage in tank as a raw materials sending to ME UNIT to produce METHIONINE. MMPCN WAS Form from the reactive of absorption of Hydrogen Cyanide in to MMP. Process involve in reactive of absorption of Hydrogen Cyanide in to MMP. Process involve in HCN Generations , Ammonia Absorption, MMPCN Reactive Absorption, flare system, MMP Distillation, Detoxification to waste water. Side products Amsul Crystallisation , drying and silo management.
