Initiated Terminal Performance Electronic Data Interchange (TPFREP) and was instrumental in negotiating, securing buy-in and implementing the project from counterparts and terminals across Europe, Latin America, North America, East Asia and South Asia. TPFREP allowed data direct interface from terminals, preventing human error in data entry or transposition, and greatly improved operational efficiency with real-time data.
