Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement 3D BIM Model of the whole Structure using Tekla Structure, Revit and AutoCAD. 
• Coordinate with Main Contractor, Consultants (Archi, Structures, M&E) and Clients for the clarifications of Drawing.
• Collaborate the whole BIM Model/Shop Drawing to meet with project requirements and to avoid the drawing mistakes.
• Check actual site measurements with Design Shop Drawing before proceed fabrication to prevent unforeseen major site issues.   
• Create Fabrication Drawing: Single Part & Assembly for the Production Team and General Arrangement (GA) Drawing for the Project Team.
• Prepare Quantity Take Off: Material Take Off (MTO), Bolt & Nut List, Part List and Assembly List for the QS team and Production Team.
• Produce Beam Nesting & Plate Nesting for the Production Team to optimize the material wastage.
• Liaise with internal QS, Production and Project Team start to ensure on time deliverables and compliance to code of standards. 
• Performed other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by CEO and Management.

Duties and Responsibilities,

• Participate in project meeting with Main Contractor, Architect, Structure Engineers & Client and propose design details and concepts.
• Evaluate potential problems and technical issue since preliminary design stage to accomplish the goal of the project.
• Perform BIM Model in Revit, Tekla Structures and produce Shop Drawing, Fabrication Drawing, Cutting List Drawing & Erection Drawing.
• Plan the schedule of Shop Drawing Submissions and manage the tasks for the junior drafters.
• Check the drawing progress of drafters and do submission to authority before deadline. 
• Effectively communicate with Procurement, Factory & Site Team and provide technical solutions if necessary.
