I am one of competent person in planning, Project Control function, Working at Exyte for Globalfoundries project. In Project specific I handle about EPCm schedule of 25 Packs for for Phase 1 & 2 including our Master Schedule and achieved all contractual Milestone.

 My Role was setup, analyze, evaluate, align(discuss) all Discipline Leads, EPCm Master schedule to Tender Documents and for Contractual Milestones. Set up Progress measurement system, update schedule in Project Periodic cycle, highlight CP, variance analysis, liase with Team members, and generate Progress reports as per project requirement.

 Coordinate, support all the implementation contractors to generate schedules, Look aheads, and reports, evaluate and approve the same after checks against master Schedule.

I am a Competent and experienced Senior Planning Engineer & my key role in setting up the planning, control and monitoring systems for projects which include developing the detailed schedule for EPCm works. Support the Project control manager to carryout Risk, Schedule Analysis for the Project.

I am Master graduate in Business Administration (MBA) with basic degree in Mechanical Engineering degree (B.E) and expertise/ vast experience includes in the field of project management within Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas Industries associated in onshore onsite/offsite facilities, refineries & Chemical Complex, Plant turnaround, Shut downs, Revamp & Interconnecting, modular pipe racks (PAR), Process assembly units (PAU), Stick built unit, pipeline construction & commissioning.

Role include setting up the planning, monitoring, reporting structure for various phase like, Engineering, Procurement, Construction phases which will comprise detailed planning for the implementing contractor, for disciplines (facility, architecture, civil, mechanical, piping, insulation, electrical, instruments, DCS etc., )

Experience and assist to carry out Delay analysis for EOT claims for various contracts.

Performed as Workshop Manager, Project engineer, Lead Planning and Project control engineer for Fabrication, construction Projects as well as for Turnarounds, shutdown and Revamps of chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and tank storage terminal for the clients in INDIA : BHEL, SISCOL, NPC, & in Singapore : Seraya chemical, Shell, Pfizer, PCS, SRC, Exxon, Chevron, Horizon.

Conversant with Planning Tools like P6 (Primavera), MS Project, Milestone Professional, Intergraph Smart plan review (SPR), DMRS, CMS, PHP, AMUSE & Navisworks.
