• Responsible and account for the business conducted by the Branch
• Responsible for managing all operations within the country
• Implements annual budget plans in cooperation with Singapore Head office
• Provides regular reports to Singapore Head Office
• Develop a successful 5-year market strategy plan for the company’s business
• Lead and develop all departments and ensure operational and business goals are achieved
• Supervise logistics operations, including warehousing activities
• Generate both new business and current accounts to create growth in sales
• Represent the Company externally with business partner
• Recruit and manage staff, including transfer of product knowledge and skills
• Ensure all business efforts to operate within the country compliance with its rules and regulations
