• Conducted thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on newly acquired software, identifying and reporting any bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement to the development team.
• Generated comprehensive reports and provided actionable feedback to the developers, facilitating software enhancements and optimizing user experience.
• Managed data cleaning and management tasks, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and
  consistency within Excel and other relevant platforms.
   

Self-Employed, Private Tutor (Jan 2022 - Dec 2022) 

• Dissected and taught difficult questions and concepts, making the subject more
  approachable for students during 1 to 1 tuition.
• Compiled up to 5 years of papers, tackled common errors and helped students develop
  exam smart skills.

• Shadowed several professionals and learned about expertise and skills in the marketing industry such as search engine optimisation and the mechanics behind it as well the fundamentals of content creation in a span of 2 weeks.
