I am welding inspector same filed more then ten years experience  

Experience

  • Studying the given Drawing of the work and preparing the QA Plan.
  • Preparing the WPS, PQR & WPQ for the Project.
  • Supervise, Inspect on-going installations, In compliance with Mechanical verification checklist and generate necessary Punch-List, to uphold materials quality and work standard.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and prepares daily inspection reports.
  • Perform the inspection and testing activities based on Quality Control Procedure and records results of Inspection and Tests on Inspection.
  • Ensures the identification and traceability of all product/materials throughout to all stage of the project as per required standard & specification.
  • Ensure that the product/equipment is calibrated/marked/labeled and the Date that is recorded as described with the approved Quality Control Plan.
  • Responsible for the Inspection, implementation, and incompliance with ITP.
  • Responsible for the preparation and control of all Inspection and Test Reports to verify the completion of inspection according to approved Quality Control Plan.

 

Education

Technical Qualification:

  • Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) from American Welding Society 

          Certificate ID No: 09101561 & Validity Oct 2024

ASNT – NDT Level II certification in         

  • Radiographic testing - ASNT Level II 
  • Ultrasonic testing - ASNT Level II
  • Magnetic particle testing - ASNT Level II
  • Penetrant testing - ASNT Level II
  • Radiographic Film interpretation - ASNT Level II
