About Tricia Chong:
I am a third-year Food Science and Technology undergraduate at the National University of Singapore, pursuing a Minor in Nutrition and the University Scholars Programme concurrently.
I approach my responsibilities with the core value of excellence, and thus am highly motivated and believe that my best can always be better. I am comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and am meticulous in managing multiple project functions, research and data. Passionate to learn more about all things FST: food safety, regulation, innovation, processing, sustainability, nutrition, and more! I aspire to contribute to a more resilient, sustainable and healthy food system and/or to food research and development in the future.
