I am currently working for the Public Service Division. I am the Centre Head for ServiceSG at Keat Hong CC. I oversee the daily operation of my centre and handle the deployment of my staff. I am also in charge of statistics reporting for my centre and attending management meetings and doing up of SOPs. 

At ServiceSG we collaborate and work with at least 15 government agencies as such I also handle training of staff to ensure they are up to date with the new schemes and services across all the agencies that we partner with. 
 

Being in the service line for more than 10 years, I believe that I can be an asset to your organisation with my knowledge of the various government agencies as well as leading a team

With experience of leading a team and handling daily operations, I believe that I can be valuable to your organisation.
