• Facilitated operations of the vaccination centres, took on 3 duties on rotation such as patient registration, patient discharge, and ushering of patients.
• Worked closely with colleagues to deliver customer service to patients by responding to their enquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Admin Assistant at Singapore Armed Forces.

• Coordinated and liaised with external stakeholders on behalf of superiors by phone calls, emails and faxing as part of daily work routine.
• Facilitated monthly meetings with stakeholders by preparing PowerPoint slides and compiling relevant documentation necessary for meetings. 
• Developed new ideas and methods for unit reorganisation to increase efficiency of work processes and was commended by superiors for suggesting innovative ideas such as creating a centralised excel spreadsheet to monitor the progress of all SAF training activities.
