• Create electronic direct mailers (EDM), and other collaterals for external and internal use for the organization – such as LTA’s intranet portal, alongside publicity materials for the organization’s events
• Assist in event planning for the different sectors of the organization with own and other departments  
• Worked closely with LTA’s Chief Executive (CE), Ngien Hoon Ping, on various projects including the 2018 Town Hall whereby I had assisted in the creation of the event’s backdrop and ensured smooth-running of the event with the rest of the team
