• Supervise direct reports doing reconciling of all bank movements and foreign exchange
conversions of customer funds, ensuring day to day tasks are consistently fulfilled
• Ensuring all payments arrive to the designated client in an accurate manner by operating in
the most effective and efficient way
• Constantly reviewing and optimizing payment process
• Daily reconciliation of funds to maintain and balance internal accounts
• Resolving payment related issues with our banking partners
• Supporting and liaising with other departments to solve queries from clients & payers
• Collaborating with different departments to improve processes, increase efficiency and
reduce risk
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly regulatory reports for managements
