As a seasoned Building and Information Modelling (BIM) Specialist, I bring a robust six-year track 
record in the construction industry and consultancy services to the table. My expertise lies in 
swiftly mastering and deploying new software tools to enhance construction and design 
operations.  
My journey last year began with a pivotal role as a BIM Coordinator at Kwan Yong Construction, 
where I leveraged my deep understanding of BIM standards and templates to effectively manage 
and implement them across various projects for HDB, MOHH, and MOE 
Currently positioned as a BIM Technician (Architecture) and also as a Coordinator with CPG-
Airport, I am at the forefront of resolving BIM-related issues, crafting meticulous BIM workflow, 
and developing the CPGaiport Revit family. My commitment to my profession is unwavering, and 
My strength and ability is well versed in prioritize tasks, perform under pressure, and work 
collaboratively. My problem-solving skills are second to none, ensuring that I consistently deliver
