Over 20 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle in CRM Domain including Telecom, Banking, Manufacturing, Consumer Sector, Energy and Healthcare in implementing/supporting full life cycles projects in MNCs. including system/requirement analysis, design and development.  Expertise in E2E testing, implementation and production support with Salesforce.com (SFDC), ServiceMax, Siebel CRM, OBIEE (Siebel Analytics), and ETL (Informatics) technologies. Working as a Sr Solution Architect/Project Manager for the last 12 years and Salesforce certified Administrator, force.com developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and ServiceMax Certified Administrator.

Experience

  • Rich experience in Salesforce functional and technical solution design and end to end implementations.
  • Rich experience in understanding business requirements and preparing functional design documents (FDD), mockups, wireframes and presenting to the business partners.
  • Deep functional understanding of Enterprise architecture, CRM business processes across Salesforce, CPQ, Channel Sales, forecasting and good knowledge in Service cloud, Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experienced in managing key Project deliverables including Project Plan, teams, project management processes (Agile Methodology(SCRUM) and Waterfall Methodology), Code Reviews, QA Tasks, Supporting UAT, User Training, Production Support and Documentation. 
  • Rich experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications with LWC, Lightning Components, Apex Classes / Controllers, Visual force, Apex Triggers, Visual workflows, Process Builder, and flow Triggers. 
  • Strong experience in Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST) and hands-on experience in integration
  • Strong knowledge on Python, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, XML and HTML technologies.
  • Profound knowledge in executing full/part life cycles projects and Implemented 10+ CRM (Salesforce and SIEBEL) major projects.
  • Good experience Siebel Applications sales, Call center, Marketing and eservices 
  • Good experience in configuring and customizing Siebel applications with Siebel Tools and hands on experience on EIM, EAI Web services, escript, Java script, email setup, server Administration. 
  • Experienced in Functional and Technical roles in Siebel Implementation projects.
