Ir. Teh Wai San has over 11 years of experience in the field of geotechnical engineering. She has been actively participated in multi-disciplinary projects, managed and led all aspects of geotechnical project coordination during the design, tender, and construction stages. 
Her experience includes a wide range of geotechnical works such as planning and interpretation of subsurface investigations, foundation design, earth retaining stabilizing structures (ERSS) design, building impact assessment involving tunnel-soil-structure interaction, slope stability analysis, soft ground treatment, dam safety inspection and review, etc.
Moreover, she is proficient in the use of geotechnical finite element software, Excel automation coding (VBA), and pivot tables, which allows her to facilitate her work more efficiently.
