Wan Lin Tee

I grew up excelling in an all-rounded academic environment and my strengths are in report writing, fast problem-solving, and investigative journalism. Although I was in the Medicine Faculty at Raffles Junior College, I made a personal decision to choose and enter NUS Business School and NUS University Scholars’ Program. I gained experiences working in a customer support role in a global local bank for almost half a year.  I have valuable leadership experiences garnered when I worked as a client-facing auditor of financial statements. I’m a relationship specialist, an author and also an editor - an am keen to enter the legal industry. I love understanding Catholic Art History.

Whilst working at the HSBC Contact Centre over 6 months, I took ownership over customer complaints and requests and provided helpful services for them through product knowledge expertise and communications proficiency. I adhered to compliance demands to ensure proper documentation and administrative work each customer call in an accurate and prompt manner. 

I enrolled into NUS Business School with the NUS Merit Business Scholarship in 2006. In addition to receiving my BBA (Hons) certificate, I also graduated from University Scholar's Programme. In 2018, I returned as an alumni to read a module on Personal Finance and Wealth.
