About me:

I am growth oriented, process-driven, proactive, independent, reliable, hands-on, customer-oriented and have a heart and passion for HR work.    I am a fast learner and have much to offer.  When I am placed on a steep learning curve in a new environment, I am able to “hit the floor running”, with relatively “quick start-up time”.  I approach challenges with enthusiasm and seek win-win outcomes between all parties within the organisation.  I believe my previous work experience will place me in good stead to contribute immediately to your esteemed organisation.  I hope you can grant me an interview and an opportunity to meet up to discuss how I can contribute.





I have more than 25 years of progressive responsibilities in the full spectrum HR.  

In my current and earlier employments, I work closely with the Senior Management and Line Managers to render HR advice on legalities, ensuring organisational compliance to MOM regulations as well as to propose sustainable solutions to HR and people issues.  I was accountable for the full spectrum of HR, which was not limited to staff recruitment, payroll administration, workforce development, compensation and staff benefits. 

I was involved in strategic roles such as manpower planning, budgeting and costing, reviewing, planning, formulating of company HR policies and initiatives, recognising emerging trends and patterns, anticipating issues that may arise in the current operating environment and how they may impact the company’s direction.  I have enjoyed amicable working relations with various internal stakeholders to enforce policies and review on-going processes and procedures across teams to improve work flows, improve efficiency and optimise resources.
