                                                Designation: Personal Assistant to CEO

                                                Salary: $3,200 + AWS + Bonus + Transport Allowance

  • Assisting CEO on a day-to-day basis.
  • Handle confidential administration matters and errands for family office.
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment, able to plan, and prioritize with sensitivity towards priority.
  • Management of driver’s schedule, household maintenance & inventory eg: liaising with contractors, air con services etc.
  • Manages travel, itinerary, hotel arrangements, and other logistic arrangements (e.g. car rental, airport transfer etc.).
  • Liaise with banks, arrange payments and other miscellaneous items
  • Responsible for timely payment for all household bills and tax.
  • Overseeing general office operations and maintenance, office and home renovations.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties required by the family.
  • Tabulating claims and handling of petty cash.
  • Document translation. 
  • Ensure that pantry supplies, office supplies and home necessities are adequate at all time.
  • Travelling when required.
